Demographic data is how audiences are categorised such as social grade (A, B, C1), ethnicity, age and gender. 

If it says explain it is a merit grade question 

A lot of people access The Guardian online and has more of a younger age group since more younger people have mobile phones. 

BBC Radio 3 has more listeners because it is aimed at older retired people. 

1. The company has full control so they don't have to pay other companies to advertise their product. 

2. You have full subsidiary control so you can pull someone from the VFX team to help work on a different product. 

Easy to utilise. 

 

Use examples. BARB would use figures to show who is watching what and which show is popular.
